毕业于UniSA（南澳大利亚大学），获国际工商管理硕士(MBA)学位

持有CIMUK（英国皇家营销学院）的营销研究生(DipM ACIM)学位。

何先生是新加坡国籍。

他的母语为英语，他还会流利使用普通话、粤语、闽南语等。

专业领域

在他为新加坡电讯局服务的11年时间内，何先生也负责公司的“客户服务项目”（客户服务委员会）的策划和管理，以及培训公司全体员工提供标准的客户服务。

何先生也设立香港分公司并策划和管理分公司的运作。他同时也是马来西亚电讯局的子公司（Telekom Publications Sdn Bhd）的培训顾问。
