Ÿ Gain an expanded understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Ÿ Learn to appreciate the differences and uniqueness in each of us through exploring the dimensions of diversity - Understand what shapes who we are.

Ÿ Understand the power dynamics of your role as a people leader and the impact on your team.

Ÿ Recognize your responsibility as a leader in fostering a culture of inclusion.

Ÿ Understand unconscious bias, the function bias serves, the sources of bias and how it impacts the workplace.

Ÿ Recognize our implicit bias and learn practical ways to deal with it.
