Mrs. Hou has 17 years of working experience in corporate human resource management and training development. She has worked for Coca-Cola Company, Nokia China Investment Co., Ltd., Lenovo Mobile Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Novo Nordisk China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and other well-known companies, and especially focused on researches in the corporate talent development and training, leadership development and training, as well as employee ability development and training. What’s more, she also has rich theoretical and practical experience in corporate human resource management, talent development and training, leadership development and training, training system construction and curriculum development.
