课程背景 Course Background:

“高情商领导力”是未来竞争的关键。领导力的核心是影响力,影响力的提升则基于情商的修炼。一家全球执行力研究公司的研究指出“首席执行官被聘请是由于智商和经营才能,被解雇是由于缺乏情商。”根据IBM对64个国家的1700名首席执行官进行的一项调查,得出三项最有影响力的特质:1、紧密关注客户需求的能力;2、团队合作的能力;3、激励他人的能力。这些特质无一不是基于领导者在情商上的修炼。当一位高情商领导者运用基于情商的影响力,其团队必如孙子兵法所说“上下同欲者胜”。本课程提供情商修炼与领导风格扩展的。提升参与者的情商与影响力,深化卓越领导力的核心,发挥个人最大的领导潜质,提供正能量给自己与身边所有人。

“High EQ leadership” is the key to the future competition. The core of the leadership is influence, the increase of influence is based on the EQ cultivation. A global execution research company has pointed out “the chief executive has been hired because of intelligence and business talent, was laid of because of the lack of emotional intelligence”.
